Mr. Regan comes from a military family. He is a strong supporter of the legal rights of our servicemen and women. The firm offers free consultations and discounted fees to active members of the armed forces.
Mr. Regan was honored to play at the Celebration of Life for Beloved Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Colonel Major Roger C. Donlon in Leavenworth, Kansas on April 4, 2024.
Mr. Regan was honored to introduce and present Retired Army Major Mark Nutsch to the Annual Retreat of the Missouri Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers at Big Cedar Lodge. Major Nutsch is the leader of America’s Response to 9/11 where he led his Green Beret troops to liberate Afghan provinces on horseback, and has been featured in the books “Swords of Lightning” and “Horse Soldiers” and the movie “12 Strong”.
He was honored as a lifetime member of the Special Forces Association, Bull Simons Chapter, a rare honor bestowed upon a civilian by Special Forces soldiers.
The firm has proudly represented many individuals who are members of both the Army and Navy special forces community. Mr. Regan is also a strong supporter of individuals’ rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He has been published nationally on this subject.
Mr. Regan has served as the Secretary for the USS Harry S. Truman Foundation, which provides assistance to that aircraft carrier. His band, St. Andrew Pipes & Drums, plays at the Special Forces Annual Banquet annually.
Kevin had the solemn honor of bagpiping at the funeral of a friend and fallen firefighter, Larry Leggio, who was killed in the line of duty in October 2015.

Mr. Regan was honored to be invited by the leader of Task Force Dagger to the dedication of the De Oppresso Libre Horse Soldiers Monument at Liberty Park near the World Trade Center in New York City. Mr. Regan played the bagpipes for the unit and their families and joined the local Port Authority Police Pipes and Drums in a formal ceremony the following day at the site, on September 11, 2016.
The exploits of this unit’s mission are being featured in the recent Hollywood film “Twelve Strong”, based on the non-fiction bestseller by Doug Stanton
